Lizvette de la CruzLizvette De La Cruz has over 20 years paralegal experience and works directly with Attorney Jason Platt in the downstate office. She strives to provide exceptional service to our clients from the commencement of the lawsuit through trial and/or settlement. She has worked extensively with investigation, discovery and complex litigation on thousands of cases. Lizvette has worked

primarily in nursing home neglect, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Besides heavy litigation experience, she also has considerable experience in Estate work. Her knowledge of our computer case management database software has been utilized within the firm to maintain an efficient work place.

Lizvette is fluent in Spanish and attended Loyola College in Maryland. She has lived in New York City since 1993 and is a member of the New York City Paralegal Association, Inc.

Christine DoolanChristine Doolan joined the staff full time in 2013. Her roles include bookkeeping and accounting, office management, and administrative assistance. Prior to joining the firm, Christine worked for over 20 years as a geographic information systems specialist for county and municipal government agencies. Her computer skills transferred nicely to working in the office. She greatly enjoys her new career as a legal assistant, being part of a team that advocates for the rights of those that have been neglected and abused.

Christine lives in Windham, NY with her husband, attorney Sean Doolan and their son. She enjoys all the outdoor activities that the Northern Catskill Mountains offer: skiing, hiking, snowshoeing and mountain biking.

Daniella Thompson-Cruz joined the firm in 2013 as a legal assistant. Her primary role is as the firm’s Intake Coordinator, working out of the Irvington office. She is currently a student at Westchester Community College, working on her associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies. Upon completion, Daniella plans to continue her paralegal studies at Pace University where she will work towards her bachelor’s degree.

Daniella is fluent in Spanish.
