Jonathan Roman, Esq.

Jonathan RomanJonathan Roman, Esq. is an associate attorney at Doolan Platt & Setareh, LLP.  He concentrates on neglect and abuse cases arising in nursing home, hospital, assisted living, and home care settings.

Jonathan joined the firm in 2015 after nearly two decades of representing victims of child abuse and neglect in New York City, both as a staff and supervising attorney.  Jonathan has been a guest speaker at Brooklyn Law School, NYU Law School, and the Delaware Center for Justice on the issues of Legal Public Service, and Model Client Representation.  Jonathan has also served on various Court and New York State Committees, focused on best practices and Court improvement.

Jonathan graduated Brooklyn Law School in 1995, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and received the Judge Edward and Doris A. Thompson Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.  Jonathan is admitted to practice in New York, and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.  He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Jonathan lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
